Our hobby is ever-changing. Evolving. Transforming. 

The Philatelic Philosopher page is designed for discussion of the philosophical elements of our hobby - The Ethics, The Future, The Process.  This section will serve as a public blog in which those debates can happen freely, without weighing down the lighter elements of our hobby, or the website.  Of course, we would all agree that the purpose of any hobby is enjoyment and self-fullfilment.  From time to time issues do arise that require deeper discussion.

This is the forum for those discussion to take place.......

ALL postings on this board will be unfiltered and posted as they are received, however, all communications will be reviewed and in certain instances not be posted due to offensive language or tone.  At any time, if temperment warrants, the discussuion may be turned over to a "members only" format that would be password protected. 

A couple of guidline suggestions.

Be fair and limit your postings to a few paragraphs at most and please allow others to respond.  ALL submissions will be posted in chronological order as received and, REMEBER THIS, accompanied by the sender's e-mail and/or username.  Where applicable, like-minded ideas may be divided into "pathways" and broken into sub-categories for easier following of the discussions.
