Helen Gale, a long time and outstanding member of the OPS introduced a intersting program to the OPS in 2001.  Through this medium, Helen helped to illustrate the broad scope of our hobby and our collective interests by hosting an annual quiz.  Despite the fact that prizes were awarded to the winner, shamefully a score of less than 50% was all that might be required to be declared "the winner' also illustrating our collective ignorances of the numerous aspects of our philatelic community. 

 

In honour of that tradition, members of the OPS are invited to forward their questions (and answers) through the posted blog below.  As well, resources will periodically be updated, links provided, and solutions to everyday problems resolved.

I am trying to find out more about this item.  I realize that it is from Ecuador but cannot find it listed in the Scott catalogue.  Were there ever seperate listings for the Galapagos Islands ? Is this one of those ?  Any leads would be appreciated.
